You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 60 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be 100% of the purchase price minus any restocking and/or shipping costs. We are happy to pay for your shipping on any orders that are over $50.00 and delivered within the continental United States.However, when an item is returned the shipping costs associated with that order are not refundable. Items displaying excessive wear are not eligible for a refund. If an item is defective and you have contacted us for assistance, your shipping charges will be refundable. However, when an item is returned the shipping costs associated with that order are not refundable. Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will need to return it to them for proper credit. Please contact us for a Return Authorization and Return Instructions. * Returns must be requested within 60 days of invoice date. * Initial outbound and return shipping charges are NOT refundable. * In the event your purchase order initially shipped with free or discounted shipping, our outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund. * Returns must be new and unused condition and packed in the original manufacturers packaging. Returns must include all components of the original manufacturers package. # Returns must include the original invoice so we can properly and quickly refund your money. # Re-pack your return (in the original carton and/or packaging) and send it to the proper address we provide you # For your protection we suggest you ship your package prepaid and insured. # Please note whether the product packaging was opened and/or the product was used. # Items displaying wear are not eligible for a refund.# Containment System wire that has been removed from the spool and/or placed in the ground or installed and flags that have been used will receive a deduction from a containment system refund. # Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a credit to your credit card # In most cases you will return your product directly to the manufacturer. If your product was shipped directly from the manufacturer, you will need to return it to them for proper credit. Please contact us for a Return Authorization. Your Invoice will indicate if an RMA is required.

Back Order Policy

Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policy

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Free shipping policy will be FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00 shipping to an address in the Lower 48 United States. We also offer Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day shipping. When You Can Expect To Receive Your Order. * UPS does not deliver packages on weekends except for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air Saturday Delivery. If you would like your order delivered on Saturday, please indicate in the "Comment" section of our order form that you want Saturday Delivery. UPS charges an extra $16.00 for this service and this will be added to your shipping charges. To Our Customers Outside the 48 United States * Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Foreign Countries and those using an APO address, will have the option of using UPS or the United States Postal Service for shipping your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any free shipping to destinations outside the 48 Continental United States. * If your order is shipping to a foreign country, you may be required to pay duties, taxes and other fees. These costs will be your responsibility. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) ordered, shipping method selected and delivery destination. Your shipping charges are downloaded directly from UPS and USPS at the time you place your order to assure accuracy. Shipping charges on returned items are not refundable unless the item is defective or prior approval was obtained from an authorized representative of Birdcagesfreeshipping.com. Returned items that qualified for Free Ground Shipping will be charged the cost of shipping the product to you. These shipping charges will deducted from the amount we credit to your method of payment. Order Tracking After your order has shipped, we will email you the tracking number. If you do not have your tracking number available, you can retreive it by Logging into Your Account. You can then track your order with UPS or the United States Postal Service depending on how you asked us to ship your order. Damaged Goods PolicyPlease contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
